ACCOMMODATION
   
  Accommodation may be chosen submitting the Registration Form (see also our registration page).

DEADLINE for accommodation requests: June 6, 2003

Suggested accommodation for participants is in the Green Park Resort Hotel (****s) and other hotels in the surrounding area. Alternative solutions are possible for those willing to stay in Pisa downtown.

(*) half board (B&B + dinner) may be chosen at the Hotel, if available.

Please note that it is particularly convenient to share a double room with a colleague or with an accompanying person.

Reservations will be managed by the Conference Secretariat on a "first arrived, first served" basis, taking into account the chosen options. The name of the hotel will be communicated to participants by e-mail immediately after deadline for accommodation request (June, 6).

Reservations will become effective only after the payment of  a deposit of  90 Euro per room (see registration page for instructions).

Cancellations will be accepted only in written form (e-mail or fax to the Conference Secretariat). However, only 90% of deposit will be refunded, and only if requested before June 15, 2003. No reimbursement will be possible at a later time.
