The Conference formula has been adapted in order to take advantage from the beautiful location. At 18:00, when the sun is milder, participants can relax and enjoy the pleasent sea environment and the beautiful season (note that, due to day light saving time, sunset occurs around 21:00, in July). |

| A connection room will be available (sala "Bouganville") equipped with several computers, and plugs for personal laptops. Please note that the connectors are RJ45, and the available protocol is DHCP. A wireless connection is available also. | |

| Suggested accommodation for participants are in the Green Park Hotel and other hotels in the surrounding area. Alternative solutions are possible for those willing to stay in Pisa downtown. Lunches will be served at the Green
Park Hotel Restaurant. Please note that access to the restaurant for coffee breaks, lunches and dinners is not allowed for gentlemen in shorts. |
