Participation to this meeting is supported by ILIAS via the N5-GWA and N6-ENTApP networks.
The procedure to be reimbursed by the N5-GWA network is the following:

Before the travel
- fill and send the Travel Authorization Form to N5-GWA secretariat at EGO

After the travel
- fill the Travel Claim Form
- fill the List of Expenses Form
- send both forms and all the receipts to the N5-GWA secretariat at EGO
