  • Suitability for the assigned role
  • Safety risks associated with the assigned activities
  • Safety training completed in relation to the identified risks
Planned activities and associated risks

For each member, the planned activities and any exposure to the following risk areas must be specified, indicating the related training completed for:

Mandatory safety training

In accordance with current regulations on health and safety in the workplace, implemented through European Directives and transposed by Legislative Decree 81/08, basic training is mandatory for all workers. In particular:

  • General Training
  • Specific Training, pursuant to Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08

This training must be completed before the start of activities at the EGO site.

Lone work and out-of-hours activities

Any intervention at the EGO site or presence in the control room carried out in “lone working” mode — that is, outside ordinary working hours (8:00–18:30), on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays — is permitted exclusively for personnel who have successfully completed the following training:

  • First Aid
  • Fire Prevention

Compliance with these requirements is essential to ensure individual and collective safety and to allow authorization of the planned activities.
