Each person working on EGO site is expected to have a badge.

EGO badge allows to open entrance gate and buildings doors (both office area and experiment area).

To obtain a badge the newcomer shall present him/herself at the reception, which will guide him/her to obtain:

• Authorization from EGO Administration Department, that will verify Institute/Company of provenience and insurance coverage, visit/permanence scope and duration, reference person at the EGO site.
• Authorization, from EGO Safety and Security responsible, certifying that you have taken note of safety and security rules.
• The EGO badge will then be obtained by EGO Network and Communication responsible.
