Under the sky of virgo
Astronomical observations
From Galileo’s Moon to the Artemis II mission, from the Milky Way to the Andromeda Galaxy, and from the planets of the Solar System to exoplanets.
EGO and Virgo are opening their doors for a series of observations of the night sky through telescopes, led by experienced amateur astronomers.
These observations will serve as a starting point to share historical anecdotes and interesting facts about the planets of the solar system and the most fascinating stars in the cosmos, leading us to imagine together what cannot be observed.
The series of events is organised in collaboration with Associazione Astrofili Pisani Galileo Galilei APS, ACA – Associazione Cascinese Astrofili, Associazione Livornese Scienze Astronomiche – ALSA and Gruppo Astronomico Viareggio.
